MEETINGS IMC Club meetings are the 3rd Saturday of every month from 9:30 – 11am. IMC Club meetings have resumed in person at Double Eagle II Airport, Bode Aviation Conference Room (2nd floor, next to café). Participants often gather for a no-host lunch afterwards. Until further notice, these meetings are also available virtual via Zoom. The Zoom link is provided monthly by email and in the newsletter. Participation is eligible for FAA WINGS Credit for those who sign up at faasafety.gov. Join us!
WHAT IS IT? An IMC Club is a community of pilots willing to share information, provide recognition, foster communications, promote safety, and build proficiency in instrument flying. IMC Club chapters offer monthly meetings in which pilots can network and share knowledge and experience. Download Flyer.
More information is available on EAA’s national IMC Club program.
Chapter 179’s continuing IMC Club fulfills a dream of Marc Coan of Santa Fe who launched our program in 2017.
